Kullanım Koşulları

Kısaca: Decay'in temel özelliği, seçtiğin süre dolduğunda içeriğin otomatik ve geri döndürülemez şekilde silinmesidir. Bu bir hata değil, uygulamanın amacıdır.

Decay'i kullanarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş olursun.

Hizmetin niteliği

Decay, kişisel kullanım için tasarlanmış bir kayıt/hatırlatma aracıdır. Profesyonel arşivleme, hukuki saklama veya kritik veri yedekleme çözümü olarak tasarlanmamıştır.

Otomatik silme

Süresi dolan, bırakılan veya yanlışlıkla silinen içeriklerden doğacak kayıplardan sorumlu değiliz — önemli bulduğun içerikleri süresi dolmadan tüketmen veya uygulama içindeki dışa aktarma özelliğini kullanman senin sorumluluğundadır.

Kaydettiğin içerikten sen sorumlusun

Uygulamaya kaydettiğin link, not veya görevlerin içeriğinden yalnızca sen sorumlusun. Başkalarının haklarını ihlal eden veya yasa dışı içerik kaydetmemelisin.

Garanti verilmemesi

Uygulama "olduğu gibi" sunulur. Kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağına dair bir garanti verilmez.

Değişiklikler

Uygulama özellikleri ve bu koşullar zaman içinde güncellenebilir. Güncelleme sonrası kullanmaya devam etmen, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğin anlamına gelir.

Fesih

İstediğin zaman uygulamayı silerek kullanmayı bırakabilirsin; bu, tüm yerel verilerinin de silinmesi anlamına gelir.

Uygulanacak hukuk

Bu koşullar Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir.

In short: Decay's core feature is that your content is automatically and irreversibly deleted once the timer you chose runs out. That's not a bug — it's the point.

By using Decay, you agree to the following terms.

Nature of the service

Decay is a personal reminder/capture tool. It is not designed as a professional archiving, legal record-keeping, or critical data backup solution.

Automatic deletion

We are not liable for losses resulting from content that expires, is released, or is accidentally deleted — it's your responsibility to consume anything important before it expires, or to use the in-app export feature.

You are responsible for what you save

You alone are responsible for the content of links, notes, or tasks you save in the app. You must not save content that violates the law or others' rights.

No warranty

The app is provided "as is." No warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation is given.

Changes

App features and these terms may be updated over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.

Termination

You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it, which also deletes all of your local data.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
